After a career in advertising and raising a family, there had always been an unfilled need to create and design.
In 1993, I started painting on glass and was approached by a showroom to exhibit at the Atlanta Gift Market. I was overwhelmed by the response. Denise Copp Designs grew into a successful enterprise.
Tragically, in 1999, we lost out oldest child, Trevor, to bacterial meningitis.

I stopped painting.
Several years passed and my creativity was yearning to be released. I gathered what materials had been packed away and my version of the hanging sign was born. In 2004, I started a new company... hung on words.
WELCOME TO THE STUDIO!
My journey began when I was a child. I have always had a passion for ribbon, monograms and color. At the young age of 10, my creations were sold at a local shop. It was a thriving business.
Over the past 10 years I have developed my line into more than just signs and knew the business name had to reflect this growth. Today, my journey continues under the name Holland Street Studio.
Everything I paint is done by hand. I am always eager to work on custom projects and designs and will always do so with a commitment to providing you with that special something you will treasure for years to come.
